Pumpkin Patch
We have visited many pumpkin patches this October. I do love Peltzer's Farm, which is a more traditional pumpkin patch. But we have one right by our house that has lots of games and rides the kids love too.
Here is Emery and Ada. Beautiful sisters and great friends of ours. Hopefully some day Eli will marry one:) Mama's wishes!
We also had a fun day with friends in Oak Glen apple farms. We presssed our own fresh apple juice. So good. The kids had a great time turning the apple press.

Joshua Tree
Joshua Tree is an amazing nation park! We go every year with our church and this time we decided to go up and make it a family vacation. Eli loves camping and most of all hiking. We had a blast hiking, even with baby Leo, who is 9 months.
I was amazed at how well the kids hiked. Eli and Kadence are 4 and Evangeline and Josiah are 2 (soon to be 5 and 3). They loved jumping from one rock to another. Always wanting to try to do it themselves. They are so brave. Which can be a little scary since they often don't know the danger that is in front of them.
Kids were so good listening to us as we hiked. There were many cliffs, we all had a safe hike. Eli did take a fall as you can see his band aid. It was a little traumatic for him. He cried and declared he never wants to hike again. Then 5 minutes later raved about how fun hiking was. Gotta love it!
Below is this shot zoomed out to see how high of a rock they climbed.
